Project Cherry is an unannounced title in development at High Voltage Studios built in Unreal 4
I started on Project Cherry shortly after Damaged Core shipped in 2016. The title is built in Unreal 4 and aims to blend vehicular combat and hero shooters into a fresh and exciting title.
My contributions to Project Cherry are:
Designed over a dozen level blockouts. Three of which proved to provide a fun gameplay experience, ultimately making it to a shippable state before I left the company.
Paper designed over half a dozen playable characters with every single one making it to a prototype form in game
Prototyped Capture the Flag, Team Deathmatch, Domination, Single Capture the Flag, and Big Rig game modes using Blueprint
Helped design the core pillars for the title
Worked alongside a strike team dedicated to improving our analytic tools to easily identify how specific characters operated in each match. These tools were designed to be utilized in a Live environment once the game ships.
Generated an advanced economy proposal for long term retention and short term player goals
